Responsibility is our guiding principle.

Responsibility to our clients: Responsibility lies at the heart of our client relationships.  We feel a sense of responsibility for their future financial wellbeing, and will have as many discussions as necessary to clearly understand the balance between each client's desire for growth versus aversion to risk.  Then, together, we'll establish an investment objective.  We regularly monitor clients' portfolios for diversification and volatility, to keep them headed toward their investment objectives.

Responsibility to our local community: Since we benefit from our local community in many ways, we support local social and service organizations. It's important to us to give back to the community, to help those in need and to contribute to making our community an even better place for us all to live and work. We make financial donations to organizations including the Madison Symphony Orchestra, Community Shares of Wisconsin, Feeding America and the March of Dimes.  We also donate school supplies to local public schools.

Responsibility to our global community: We invest in businesses we can be proud to own, because they not only offer the opportunity for possible long-term profit, they contribute to global social and environmental wellbeing.
